Important Deadlines

All the accepted papers will be published on IEEE Xplore digital library. The submitted papers (2-4 pages) must be written in English, using Microsoft Word or LaTex according to the IEEE guidelines for the two-column IEEE-sponsored conference proceedings.

The conference venue will be the Elisso Xenia Hotel. Located in the Old Town of Xanthi, it offers an excellent location for both business and leisure guests. Just a few steps from all city sites and the city center, the hotel is surrounded by traditional bars and restaurants, art galleries, churches, and monuments of the Old Town. There isn’t a better base for experiencing the endless stream of delights that Xanthi has to offer. Xenia Hall is located inside the hotel, and it can accommodate up to 400 people for conferences.
